Opportunity Description:
The Discovery Museum is looking to create more green space in the community.
What volunteers will do:
Volunteers will assist with planting native plants in a pollinator garden at the Discovery Museum. This volunteer activity supports environmental education, pollinator health, and community green spaces. Volunteers of all experience levels are welcome.
What to bring/wear:
- Closed-toed shoes
- Weather-appropriate clothing
- Comfortable attire suitable for lifting and standing
Environment:
- Outdoors (with exceptions for extreme weather)
Who can volunteer:
- Adults
- Corporate & community groups
- Youth (individuals under the age of 15 require a chaperone)
